According to the latest JD Powers and Associates customer satisfaction survey, Coldwell Banker ranks first with home sellers nationally among all real estate companies. The ranking was based on four areas; agent, office, marketing, and additional services. Sellers still rank their agent as the most important factor in customer satisfaction.
