Unless the federal government decides to extend the $8000 First-Time Home Buyer tax credit, that opportunity goes away November 30, 2009. I don’t know if we’ll see an extension for the general public or not, despite the lobbying efforts of the National Association of Realtors and other large groups. I sure hope we do.
