The Villages at Oak Tree community is located in Mooresville, North Carolina, minutes from shopping, dining, and Lake Norman. Homes are ranch or 1.5 story, ranging in size from 1200 to 1800 square feet. Prices run between $150,000-$250,000. The homeowners association maintains the exterior of the homes and the landscaping, so the community always looks nice. The Villages features amenities like a clubhouse and walking trails, a pond, and boat and RV storage. The homes here were built between 1999 and 2004.
Bailey’s Glen is the newest Active Adult Community in the Lake Norman area, located just off Hwy 115 in Cornelius, North Carolina. Prices start at $229,900, and they offer 17 ranch plans for active adults. The community will feature a 12,000 square foot clubhouse with fitness center, ballroom, and more, as well as a large swimming pool and tennis courts. Bailey’s Glen residents will have maintenance-free yards and can use the services of the on-site activities director. There are currently two models you can visit, and there have been a lot of inquiries about this community because of its location and planned amenities.
