If you’ve driven by Ramah Church Road on Hwy 73, you may have noticed an area being developed for a new residential community. Davidson East, being developed by Standard Pacific Homes, is planned to have 220 homes ranging from the mid-$200,000s to the $400,000s, scheduled to be available beginning at the end of this year. This is pending approval by the Davidson Town Board. Floor plans will run from 2000 to 4000 square feet in size, some with detached garages, some attached.
One concern attached to the new community is that it might add to the already congested traffic around Ramah Church Road at rush hour. Davidson East will be directly across from Bradford Farm. It will have bike and running trails connecting to Davidson downtown, River Run, and Antiquity in Cornelius. Watch for this new neighborhood coming soon!
